Rescue Clean 911 provides residential and commercial water damage, mold remediation, fire restoration, biohazard cleanup and HVAC services. Rescue Clean 911 was founded by Nick Massimino in 2017. The company was originally a biohazard/crime scene cleanup company until Rescue Clean 911 merged with Mold Related Services, owned by Matt Rillo. The company’s services expanded to water, mold, fire, biohazard and specialty cleaning services. In 2021, Rescue Clean 911 became a licensed HVAC contractor and is considered one of the largest and fastest growing restoration companies in South Florida today.

Franchisee Support

Initial Franchisee Training

Rescue Clean 911 will provide a 2-week comprehensive onboarding training program for all new owners and employees. The program involves classroom and hands-on training from the owners of Rescue Clean 911 and industry-leading instructors covering all aspects of managing a Rescue Clean 911 Franchise. The new franchisee will be competent with technical operations, business management, all software programs, company forms and how to deal with insurance claims at the end of their training. In person continuing education training opportunities and classes are available to you and your employees at your expense.

Start-Up Assistance

Post-graduation of Rescue Clean 911 Training Program (RC911TP), start-up assistance is provided by an assigned Regional Business Specialist (RBS). Your assigned RBS will make monthly visits to your franchise during the first six months to assist you with operations to guarantee your success.

Ongoing Support

Rescue Clean 911 will also provide unlimited ongoing support through your RBS with zoom meetings, phone support (facetime if on-the-job site), emails, remote computer assistance and E-Learning modules will be made available for you and your staff.

Annual Refresher Training

Finally, Rescue Clean 911 will provide an annual 3-day refresher and new update training course at Rescue Clean 911 headquarters. The classes are free, but travel and lodging are the responsibility of the franchisee.
